These installment plans are offered at the discretion of the domain owner, who also chooses the number of months payments will be spread over. Usually, payment plans are for between 6-24 months. A full refund is offered if you make the request within 48 hours of purchase and we haven't yet initiated the domain transfer to you. All refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover the cost of our payment gateway as well as transaction processing. If you're paying in installments you can cancel future payments at any time if you no longer want the domain you purchased, but payments already received won't be returned.
